Refund policy

We believe in doing things right. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately through our contact page, and we'll make it right.

If it simply didn't work out, we're more than happy to help with a return or exchange — here's what to know:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition. For hygiene reasons, any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your order was paid using a combination of a gift card and a credit or debit card, the full refund will be returned to the gift card.
