We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors and details will be perfectly accurate.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as gift cards issued by Luvere Boutique.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or errors in product or pricing information. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Luvere Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
7. Gift Cards
Luvere Boutique gift cards are valid for purchases made on our website only. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. In the event of a refund on an order paid with a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be issued to the gift card.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of Luvere Boutique and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Luvere Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
